Rustington Court - Eastbourne

External Refurbishment of the front elevation

We undertook the full refurbishment of the front elevation of Rustington Court, being a purpose built block of Flats close to the Seafront in Eastbourne. The elevation underwent re-pointing repairs to the brickwork and concrete repairs to the projecting balconies.

We undertook removal of failing slip bricks and the formation of a new specialist render band to all balconies and, most importantly, complete replacement of the balcony handrails with new galvanised and powder coated metal railings.

There were repairs at roof level to the mansard roof areas and replacement of all high level gutters, including forming special angles to suit the precise angle of the projecting roof structure.
