Renovation of Gate Lodge

On behalf of the Duke of Devonshire’s Estate, Hawk have successfully completed the refurbishment of the existing Grade 1 listed Gate Lodge, forming part of the Compton Place Estate

The property has been fully upgraded with the existing internal timber window shutters removed, repaired and placed back into full working order. The property now has a new kitchen, bathroom and upgrades to both the plumbing and electrical installations leaving the property ready for occupation.
