Renovation of Gate Lodge

Whilst refurbishing the main house on this private estate, Hawk also undertook the refurbishment of the Gate Lodge property to provide a separate two bedroom property.

The conservatory was overhauled to eliminate existing weaknesses and internally the property fully renovated and reconfigured. New below ground telephone lines and fibre cables were installed to bring the property in line with the future proofing taking place elsewhere on the estate.
