Formation of new premises

William Hill had found a new location within Bournemouth for a new premises and Hawk were employed to complete the branch formation under competitive tendering conditions.

The client operates a strict Standard Manual Document and it was imperative the Hawk site foreman followed these guidelines, to ensure the standard brand was presented. The project consisted of some standard client free issue items being incorporated with new Air Conditioning, Electrical lighting and power, plumbing, decorations and floor finishes.

Specialist William Hill Contractors were incorporated in the programme to compete the installation of data, tv screens, cctv and alarms. All works were completed within the programme time, on budget and with zero snagging.
