Refurbishment of Private House and Coach House

To refurbish a private residence and coach house, retaining many original features. The premises had been recently purchased and were reasonably presented, however the client had prepared a specification of works to be completed before they moved in.

The property had original fireplaces opened back up and these were shot blasted and re-pointed, so they could be used as an open fire. Existing staircases were repaired and refurbished, electrical and heating installations were updated and a new kitchen installed.

The works were complimented by a complete re-decoration throughout. Externally the Coach House and Garage Building were refurbished to incorporate a new Utility/Store Room, Garden Store and the Swimming Pool Changing Room.
