Refurbishment to Flats Communal Areas

The specification allowed for a complete refurbishment to all communal lobby areas and communal staircases to both tower blocks. The external cantilevered lobby ceilings had their old fashioned timber cladding removed and an external white cladding board, with new lighting installed to enhance the area on dark nights.

Within the internal communal areas, all floor finishes were replaced with new carpets and the communal walls, ceilings and staircases were re-decorated to enhance these areas. The Hawk site foreman worked closely with many flat owners to ensure all flat owners had uninterrupted access throughout the project and the works were completed on time and budget.
