Internal Refurbishment

Hawk completed a major internal refurbishment for a domestic client. This house has been refurbished in phases, over a number of years and this visit was significant.

The works included replacement double glazed sliding sash windows, replacement ceilings, replacement plaster finishes including Vandex damp proofing, replacement ground floors including improved insulation, underfloor heating and floor tiling and then a complete new kitchen installation.

The heating system was upgraded with a new LPG fired boiler and pressurised hot water storage to allow removal of the various water pumps.
