Refurbishment of derelict flat

Our private client purchased this derelict flat following a fire and the premises had to be thoroughly gutted prior to commencement. Externally, unsafe chimney stacks were removed, roof coverings and lead detailing overhauled, new upvc windows, new guttering and a complete re-point of the brickwork made the property watertight.

Internally the premises were stripped back to the shell and new electrical, plumbing, kitchens, plastering, decorations and floor finishes were completed to present the premises to its best possible potential. Upon completion our client chose to re-market the property and a new buyer was found within the first days of marketing.
