Structural Alteration & Steelwork

The client required structural alterations and steelwork to create two single storey extensions to the rear elevation of the property to increase the kitchen and living areas. The new lounge extension incorporated aluminium framed bi-fold doors to two elevations and had a vaulted roof with velux windows to increase the light levels.

The existing painted central bay brickwork and window were removed and new brickwork and bi-fold doors added, adjacent to the small extension built to increase the kitchen. All works included electrical and plumbing items and were brought forward to a level where the client wanted to complete their own decorations and flooring.
