Refurbishment of Existing Building
The client required refurbishment and alterations to an existing property to form 4 two bedroom flats and 1 studio flat.
Works internally included remedial damp proofing, installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, complete redecoration and new floor finishes throughout the property. External works included rebalancing and repairs to existing sash windows, render and brickwork repairs along with a paved area and new iron railings to the front of the property.
A communal letterbox was added and door entry system and fire alarm were installed for added security. The project was finished on time and on budget with tenants moving in within the week.
